Online event “Electronic queue for crossing the border: rules of use, difficulties and opportunities”

February 23, 2023 Consortium EEN Ukraine organized the ONLINE event “Electronic queue for crossing the border: rules of use, difficulties and opportunities”. Video recording is available following the link.

The moderator of the event was the coordinator of the EEN-Ukraine Consortium Shubina Olga. As part of the event, the speakers talked about: the new mechanism for crossing the EECP and the main challenges and opportunities in using this system.

As part of the event, the speakers revealed the main issues from the side of transport and logistics companies They spoke at the event:

  • The general manager of the EEN-Ukraine Consortium, Olena Fesenko, spoke about the possibilities of the platform “EU-Ukraine Solidarity Lane Platform”
  • Oleksandr Nikolaev, Deputy Head of the Department of European Integration, Department of International Cooperation and European Integration, Department of International Cooperation and European Integration, Ministry of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine
  • Tymofiy Murakhovskyi, director of commercial work and logistics of JSC “Ukrainian Railways” spoke about the development of the rail transport market in 2023
  • Stepan Terzi, Head of the Department of Security Organization and Investigation of Accidents and Incidents on Ground Transport, spoke about the main mechanisms of the “E-Queue” systems for crossing the border.
