The current situation confronts us with challenges and at the same time opens up opportunities to take new ways.
The partnership was originally scheduled to take place at IFAT, the world’s leading exhibition for water, sanitation, waste, and raw materials management, in Munich.
As the IFAT fair was postponed until September 7-11, 2020, the brokerage event was virtual and the meetings were held online via B2Match on May 4 and 5, 2020. Participants planned virtual meetings using a video conferencing tool.
This brokerage event, organized as part of the Enterprise Europe Network, brought together more than 600 companies and research organizations from Europe and around the world to establish new contacts for business, technical cooperation, and R&D.
The EEN-Ukraine consortium partner NEW INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION co-organized the event and provided consulting support to 6 Ukrainian companies that registered on a specialized b2match platform and participated in the event. Ukrainian participants presented very interesting and high-quality projects in the field of waste processing, renewable energy, and energy efficiency.
There were 13 business online meetings, about which the participants gave positive feedback, noting, in particular, the convenient format of the event.
