This Bulgarian company is created in 2015 with main activity – metalworking and manufacturing of metal elements and structures. The company is specialized in the following metalworking activities – turning, milling, drilling, welding, laser cutting of sheet metal, laser cutting of tube elements, welding – MIG (Metal Inert Gas welding), MAG (Metal Active Gas Welding) and WIG (Wolfram Inert Gas Welding), polishing, sand blasting, anodizing, assembling, etching, engraving, assembling, punching, bending, soldering, zinc coating and powder coating.

The production plant is located in Bulgaria and is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC-controlled (CNC machining is a manufacturing process in which pre-programmed computer software dictates the movement of factory tools and machinery) as well as conventional metalworking machines including: CNC Laser Cutting machine – 4000x2000x20 mm, CNC Punch – 3000x1500x3 mm, CNC Turning machine –maximum diameter ф200mm, CNC Milling machine – 5 axis, CNC Bending machine – maximum bending length – 4000mm, CNC Tube laser - maximum diameter ф200mm and Powder coating line - 1500х1000х400 mm. The company is able to manufacture small and large series as well as individual elements, based on a drawing or a sample item. Separately, the company can arrange logistics services (this is at the request of the client) and supply of materials such as metal sheets or metal profiles.

This Bulgarian company has experience in manufacturing parts for machines for the Food industry - food processing machines, packing or bottling machines; Pharmaceutical industry - packing machines; Furnishing industry - metal details for furniture (slats, legs, etc.); Electrical switchboards (the company only deals with the manufacture of the box and other metal parts in the electrical switchboard, without the electronics).
