Description

The German company is an expert for ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC). The engineering and consultancy office has been dealing for 10 years with all aspects of this special material. They develop, produce and sell products made of UHPC for machinery businesses and the construction industry. Furthermore, they provide engineering advice and technical data, know-how, advice on formulation, mixing technology and execution to enable companies to manufacture components from this special material.

In the machinery industry, UHPC can substitute cast iron, welded steel constructions, mineral cast and natural stone for machine bases and elements. UHPC elements are simpler to produce, need cheaper moulds and have less economic material costs than mineral cast or polymer concrete elements. They also produce high strength mortars to fill hybrid steel constructions in the machinery industry.

In the construction business UHPC is mainly used for architectural facades, high resistance wear layers on bridges and water engineering as well as top layers for the repair and upgrading of bridges. A special field of application lies in shot, blast and burglary resistant elements.

The company has already set up UHPC production plants in China as well as in Qatar and possesses international experience.

They are looking internationally for partners to exploit the performance of UHPC in the framework of a technical cooperation agreement. The German UHPC experts give support for recipes, raw materials, sources, equipment and plant design for the production of UHPC. They perform structural analyses of single elements, give advice for the mould design and provide any assistance for partners to get quick results. The cooperation with companies from the mechanical engineering, machine tool industry and/or construction industry that want to realize their own UHPC projects can be formally organized in the framework of a technical cooperation agreement. No license contract, shareholding or interest agreement is required.
