Description

An Italian startup offers e-learning services both as software developer and instructional designer for digital and blended training programs, content development and content fruition, digital training consulting services to support any kind of e-learning project.
It offers:
- Software Infrastructure
The SAAS (Software as a Service) was initially designed to facilitate the social inclusion of citizens and funded by the EU FI-WARE / FI-ADOPT program, and then developed as a powerful set of tools, all Cloud-based, which follows the training process from content creation to final delivery.
The authoring tool allows you to design SCORM-compliant eLearning modules, multi-language and interactive, exploiting many learning strategies - such as micro-learning, gamification, event handling, adaptive learning - to improve engagement and retention. The authoring system comprehends a Storyboard Creator and a Bug Tracker to make the design and quality assurance process easier to manage, even in a collaborative way. For the development phase, the platform allows the use of different kinds of materials - video, audio (synthetic ones can be created with the platform itself), images, 3D models, quizzes - with a smart assets management system to make reuse and maintenance easier throughout time.
The Learning Management System is an independent platform based on Moodle’s backend, with customised User Interface and dedicated functionalities, which can be fully customised to meet any company or trainer’s needs. Its design aims to allow anyone - training managers, teachers and students - to share and play eLearning content without the need of using different tools: it has an integrated webinar service, a calendar, different types of activities - such as files, SCORM packages, tests, assignments, feedback forms, virtual and in-presence events management -, automatic certificates and its completely responsive with a dedicated app for Android and iOS. One of its strongest features is the reporting system: the platform collects all sorts of information about users' activities - such as time spent on the platform, tests results, number of attempts, participation in virtual events - and allows teachers and managers to download complete reports to monitor course progress. Its look and feel can be customised with the company logo and colours, while its functionalities can be tailored thanks to an easy-to-set plugin system to meet specific needs.

- Instructional design services
The company developed instructional design skills by creating courseware for the customers in different markets: starting from aviation, moving to soft skills for corporate and professional training and finally healthcare. It can involve the design and development of customised asynchronous eLearning content, based on clients’ existing materials or knowledge, or the design of entire training programs, both fully digital and blended. Different strategies and kinds of content are used to improve engagement and learning effectiveness, especially for digital natives, starting from training needs analysis of the target and objectives setting. The client is involved in any step of the process, to ensure the best quality and maximum adherence to requirements and needs.

- Consulting services
The company can support training managers and teachers in the development and management of their training programs with one-to-one customised training on the use of platforms, virtual events management, content development and much more.

The company is looking for partners for license agreements and for technical cooperation to collaborate in product and content development and distribution in soft skills and hard skills training and healthcare.
