AI & Digital Solutions for Business and Logistics: From Everyday Tasks to Your Personal AI Agent
On September 17, 2026, EEN-Ukraine, jointly with CentralUkrainianEDIH and with the support of GIZ, held an international online training session entitled “AI & Digital Solutions for Business and Logistics: From Everyday Tasks to Your Personal AI Agent.”
The event brought together entrepreneurs, representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises, startups, transport and logistics companies, as well as professionals working in sales, marketing, customer management, and business process management.
For EEN-Ukraine, this training was part of its systematic efforts to enhance the competitiveness of Ukrainian businesses, develop their digital skills, and prepare them for international cooperation.
Enterprise Europe Network not only helps companies find international partners and enter new markets, but also supports the adoption of modern tools needed for effective business management, customer communication, and the optimization of internal processes.
During the training, participants learned:
- how to use CRM systems to manage customers, sales, tasks, and business processes;
- how to combine CRM and AI tools to automate routine operations;
- how to apply artificial intelligence to prepare documents and content, process information, plan activities, and communicate with customers;
- how digital solutions can help improve operational processes in the transport and logistics sector;
- how to define the role and tasks of a personal AI agent, create a structured prompt, test it in real-world business scenarios, and improve the quality of its responses.
The event featured the following speakers:
- Volodymyr Hryn, EEN-Ukraine — presented an overview of AI and digital tools for small and medium-sized enterprises;
- Lili Chetrean, Mega Promoting LTD, Moldova — spoke about the use of digital tools and CRM systems in the day-to-day operations of logistics companies;
- Olha Sahan, New International Corporation, Ukraine — shared practical experience in using CRM and AI to optimize business processes;
- Alina Cojocaru, Red Mechanic Inc., Moldova — presented an approach to transitioning from fragmented repair operations to integrated management in the freight transport sector;
- Olena Dvirna, CentralUkrainianEDIH — conducted a practical session on creating, testing, and personalizing an AI agent.
