The online webinar for Ukrainian SMEs with the working title “How to build a successful business cooperation on Poland market” was held on the 30th of April, 2020. This is a joint project of the coordinators of the Enterprise Europe Network Ukraine Consortium, Olena Fesenko, and the Enterprise Europe Network Poland Consortium, Roman Robotecki. It aims to help Ukrainian entrepreneurs get more information about the market in Poland. During the webinar, Mr. Robotecki told about opportunities which Poland provides for non-residents of the country to conduct business activities on its territory. In this regard, important issues were:
- conditions for opening SMEs in Poland;
- Polish state export support system;
- cross-border cooperation;
- Polish b2b trading platforms (conditions for participation in tenders);
- logistics companies. The best deals on the Polish market;
- product certification, customs tariffs;
- SME support programs;
- experience of Poland companies in the successful use of EEN tools;
- proposals for cooperation and so on.
Also in addition, in order to enhance the business activity of SMEs, speakers shared success stories of international cooperation.
Also, Mr. Robotecki kindly answered a number of questions that interested the participants of the webinar. At the end of the webinar, both its organizers and other participants agreed on the importance of the further holding of such events. This will allow both Ukrainian and foreign entrepreneurs to maximize the opportunities for cooperation and understand the specifics of the legislative framework and the market of foreign partner countries.
