Coordinator Olga Shubina and General Manager Olena Fesenko of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) consortium – Ukraine participated in the EU Industry Days 2023, held from October 4 to 6, 2023.
EU Industry Days is an annual event organized by the European Commission, focusing on key industrial policy issues, fostering communication among industry leaders, and enhancing the knowledge level of the European industry.
Olena Fesenko and Olga Shubina presented their vision of industrial and innovative ecosystems for integrating Ukraine into the EU Single Market during a special session dedicated to “Building strong industrial ecosystems for EU-Ukraine integration.” Various industrial ecosystems in Ukraine were discussed during this session, highlighting their potential for collaboration with EU businesses and rapid integration into the Single Market.
Olena Fesenko emphasized the role of EEN and EDIH (European Digital Innovation Hub) networks in building a bridge between Ukraine and the EU. She also stressed the necessity and importance of developing the digital transformation of key sectors in Ukraine based on EU best practices.
Olga Shubina provided examples of successful cooperation between Ukrainian and European SMEs and shared information about EEN support tools that contribute to the creation of a sustainable economic cycle.
