The international training course โAction Plan Development” was held in Budapest from 13 till 14 November, 2018. It was organized by the European Innovation Management Academy – IMP3rove – European Innovation Management Academy for their guides. The European Commission calls this organization as a leading provider of innovation management and innovation services providing innovation management and innovation services. Through a holistic approach to managing innovation, integrated offers and a global network, IMP3rove has established a standard for assessing innovation management and related support services.
Two representatives of the EEN-Ukraine Consortium Olena Fesenko and Oksana Budnyk took part in the two-day training from Ukraine.
The training was devoted to the study of the systematic approach to development of action plans based on the IMP3rove benchmarking report. On this course, IMP3rove Guides learned to develop a structured plan for introducing an innovation strategy for the enterprise for their clients who participate in the โInnovation Management Assessmentโ.
Ukrainian SMEs have a unique opportunity to use this actual tool to appeal to representatives of the EEN Consortium in Ukraine.
