The international training course โInnovation Life Cycle Management Process ” was held in Berlin from 7 till 8 November, 2018. It was organized by the European Innovation Management Academy – IMP3rove – European Innovation Management Academy for their guides. The European Commission calls this organization as a leading provider of innovation management and innovation services providing innovation management and innovation services. Through a holistic approach to managing innovation, integrated offers and a global network, IMP3rove has established a standard for assessing innovation management and related support services.
Three representatives of the EEN-Ukraine Consortium Natalia Skichko, Ivanna Nabius and Oleksandr Bedyuk took part in the two-day training from Ukraine.
The training was devoted to studying the key steps to succeed in managing innovation:
- Evaluation of Innovation Life Cycle Innovation.
- Development of the strategic direction of the process.
- Facilitating the creation and selection of ideas.
- Facilitating the process of developing new ideas and phasing out old ones.
- Development of favorable factors for measurement and improvement of innovative processes.
At the end of the training, consortium experts gained a clear understanding of the elements and factors of success of the processes of the innovation life cycle. The training gave a vision of how to reflect on the life cycle of innovation, to help create ideas, to develop projects and manage their launch on the market.
