The Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as a member of the EEN Ukraine consortium, in close cooperation with the Institute of Physics and the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, diplomatic missions of the Scandinavian countries in Kyiv, and the largest Ukrainian retail chains, plans to organize the First Ukrainian-Scandinavian Economic Forum to be held online on April 25 in Kyiv.
The event is aimed at establishing bilateral trade and intensifying Ukraine’s cooperation with the Scandinavian countries.
The event is aimed at informing the business circles of Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden and Ukraine about the economic situation and business environment in the countries, the issues of restoring and supporting Ukraine during the war, establishing direct business contacts between potential partners, highlighting promising areas of cooperation between Ukraine and the Scandinavian countries, in particular in the context of facilitating access of Ukrainian goods to the EU markets.
The program of the business forum includes participation of representatives of business circles of the mentioned countries, high-ranking officials, diplomats and experts.
The event will be of interest primarily to representatives of the following sectors:
- Energy sector
- agricultural sector
- food industry
- infrastructure
- Logistics and transportation,
- scientific and technical cooperation, industrial complex and machine building, etc.
The Forum will provide an opportunity to discuss interesting issues of bilateral cooperation and prospects for further cooperation.
The Forum will be attended by the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the largest national retail chain Epicenter, as well as the diplomatic missions of Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden.
